This is the current nematode species list from the CIMAR28 cruise to the Islas Desventuradas and the Islas Juan Fernández. This list is a work in progress, and subject to change, additions, deletions and renamings. Whilst the identification of most specimens to Family level is fairly straight forward, Genera are more difficult, especially for the less well studied groups. Species level identification requires a fair amount of research in most cases, especially when it is a new record for Chile, or even better a new species.
